• Upload offensive, obscene, copyright‑infringing, or malicious media assets (including crush images).
• Simulate deceptive phishing pages or gather private login credentials.

4. Intellectual Property

All custom components, cinematic stage scripts, logo designs, animations, and assets are owned by LoveLoop and its creators. You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to create and share links generated by the site.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

The Service is provided "as‑is". LoveLoop is not responsible for the outcomes of any romantic confessions, rejection‑related emotions, relationship dynamics, or any temporary technical interruptions.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or delete any user accounts or active links that violate these terms of service, without prior warning.
